Popped out all the pieces and painted with Rustoleum Painters Touch 2X - Deep Blue. Do this in the open air as the fumes are heavy!!!
I laid everything out on cardboard and with my garage door open, proceeded to paint everything. Glad it was a nice day out.
I also sanded all the little pieces off of the dome itself, and then painted it with Rustoleum "Metallics" Silver paint. Don't even waste your money trying to get chrome paint, that stuff is crap. This stuff works great and dries fast.
